I love my work, and I want to be better at it every single day.
To keep myself motivated, I only take up jobs that I know will bring me satisfaction; this makes them feel less like work and more like a daily opportunity to improve myself and my skills. The Japanese have an apt ideology for it; Kaizen. It permeates my passion, focus and determination to make objects and experiences that are functional, elegant and delightful.
